We are seeking a talented individual to join our Indonesia Reinsurance team at PT Marsh Risk. This role will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The successful candidate will support the delivery of reinsurance solutions to a diverse client base, focusing on energy sector clients (offshore and onshore oil & gas) and third-party cedant facultative business. The team collaborates closely with cedant clients, Marsh offices in Indonesia and overseas (primarily Singapore & the UK), and reinsurers to drive business growth and manage renewals.
We will count on you to:
- Support the manager in client relationship activities, including assisting with new business development and renewals for the energy portfolio, particularly in offshore and onshore oil & gas sectors.
- Assist in growing third-party cedant facultative business by supporting research, data gathering, and client engagement efforts.
- Help prepare sales plans, marketing materials, and client presentations to support account expansion and retention.
- Conduct research to identify key decision makers, client business challenges, and market trends to inform business development strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate resources and deliver tailored reinsurance solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and account information in internal systems.
What you need to have:
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Interest or basic knowledge of the energy sector, especially oil & gas, is advantageous.
