Job Brief:

Wahed’s UK business is growing fast, and operational excellence is what makes that growth sustainable. As Senior Operations Associate, you will work directly alongside the Head of UK, serving as their operational right hand and the connective tissue between every function in the business.

This is a high-trust, high-visibility role. You will own the full operational rhythm of the UK business - from performance reporting to regulatory submissions to launch plans for special projects. You’ll drive day-to-day execution with local sales, marketing, and customer services teams, and lead a portfolio of projects with global compliance, product, tech, finance, and investment functions. The breadth of exposure here is rare for a role at this level - and for the right person, an exceptional platform for growth.
