Keyholder
SoHo, New York
We are seeking a poised and service-driven Keyholder to support store leadership and shape an elevated in-store experience. This role blends sales leadership, clienteling, and operational excellence—ensuring every client interaction reflects the brand’s distinct point of view.
The Role
- Lead with presence on the floor, delivering a refined and personalized client experience
- Inspire and support the team to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Build lasting client relationships through a high-touch, clienteling approach
- Bring the collection to life through product knowledge, styling, and storytelling
- Support store operations, including opening/closing, transactions, and inventory
- Maintain impeccable visual standards and a polished, on-brand environment
- Contribute to in-store events and bespoke services, including custom and permanent jewelry
Profile
- Retail leadership experience, ideally within jewelry or luxury
- Strong sales acumen with a client-first mindset
- Polished communication and confident floor presence
- Detail-oriented with an eye for presentation and experience
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

As required by the New York State salary transparency law, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $23.00- $27.00 an hour. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skills, training, experience, and our organizational structure.
