Commissioned Security Officer (Level III)

Full‑Time | Uniformed Position

Security Reconnaissance Team, Inc. is hiring full‑time Level III Commissioned Security Officers to join one of the fastest‑growing security companies in Texas. This is a uniformed position for professional officers with strong customer service, communication, and report‑writing skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor assigned properties to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Control access points and monitor premises
• Observe, assess, and report irregular activity, safety issues, and policy violations
• Respond appropriately to incidents and alarms
• Complete clear, accurate daily activity and incident reports
• Interact professionally with clients, employees, and the public
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements

Requirements (Required)

• Active Texas Level III (Commissioned) Security License
• Must qualify to carry duty equipment as required by Texas law
• Reliable transportation and a working cell phone (not Wi‑Fi dependent)
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Must be 25 years of age or older
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Drug‑free workplace
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Clean‑shaven and professional appearance
• Dependable, sound judgment, and strong work ethic
