Production Supervisor 2
Responsible for managing a compact team, preparing financial forecasts, conducting performance appraisals, maximizing manufacturing performance metrics, ensuring thorough training in processes and safety protocols, maintaining adherence to specifications, implementing Lean methodologies, and overseeing manufacturing processes to deliver high-quality products/services.
Your role:
Ensure a safe work environment while enforcing EHS standards, Quality Policy, and GMP compliance; maintain up‑to‑date procedures, training records, and lead NCR evaluations and follow‑ups.
Plan, prioritize, and execute production to meet schedule commitments, optimizing staffing and resources, and preparing financial forecasts and annual operating plans.
Own efficiency, productivity, and quality KPIs, driving continuous improvement initiatives, cost reduction projects, Lean and NPI implementations, and optimization of DPMOs and equipment utilization.
Mentor and develop manufacturing leaders and operators by defining performance metrics, conducting daily performance follow‑ups, communicating expectations, and delivering performance evaluations.
Manage WIP inventory levels and material availability to ensure manufacturing continuity, proactively communicating line‑down situations and coordinating corrective actions with stakeholders

Bachelor's Degree / Vocational Education in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Production Engineering or equivalent.
3 or 4 years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent.
Lean Leadership Training/Certification or equivalent.
Strong Communication Skills, Intermediate English level.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This role is an onsite role.
Monday to Friday from 3:36 pm to 10:00 pm/ Saturdays 7: 00 am to 3:00 pm
