Role Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Early Years Educator to join our fantastic team in Cabinteely, Dublin 18.
 
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work with children of all ages from babies to preschool children.
 
This position is for an immediate start (pending vetting procedures)

Role Responsibilities

The Role:
  • To ensure the provision of a quality service to children and parents
  • To work as part of a team and liaise with other team members & team leaders
  • To come up with new ideas and activities to encourage learning with the children
  • To liaise with parents/guardians of the children and keep them informed of their children’s day
  • To report all areas of concern to the team leader/manager
  • To participate in themed days within the crèche when needed
  • To co-operate with TUSLA Early Years Inspectors

Required Qualifications

 
  • All applicants must have minimum QQI / FETAC Level 5 in Childcare. All other qualifications must be recognised by the DCDE.
  • All applicants must be eligible to work in Ireland. 
  • We are eager to find a candidate with a genuine passion towards Early Years. The perfect candidate would be hardworking, ambitious, creative and a real team player
  • Additional experience and qualifications are highly desirable. Garda Vetting (and international police clearance if having lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months) will also be required.
