Director – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)- Abt Australia

The Director – FP&A role leads Abt Australia’s FP&A capability, ensuring robust financial planning, credible forecasts, and clear, forward looking insights, while driving improved financial performance and sustainability outcomes across the portfolio through planning, forecasting, and performance insight. The role is accountable for the integrity and delivery of financial plans and forecasts, and for influencing portfolio performance outcomes in partnership with Finance leadership. The role operates as a business partner and trusted advisor to senior leadership and program teams, translating complex financial data into actionable insight, challenging assumptions, advising plans when material forecast or margin risks emerge, and driving alignment and action in response to financial performance and risk.
