Merchandise Coordinator- Bonds Intimates| Pyrmont (FTC 12 Months)
Reporting to the Merchandise Manager, this is a great opportunity for a detail oriented and commercially minded professional to support the execution of merchandise plans across the Bonds Intimates business.
As a Merchandise Coordinator, you’ll play a key role across the product lifecycle, from range planning through to go to market - helping to ensure accurate reporting, smooth coordination, and strong collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of seasonal product assortments
- Maintain pricing, costings, and product data accuracy across systems
- Assist in preparing go to market presentations and product documentation
- Create and manage product lists, catalogues, and matrices
- Coordinate sample orders and track progress through to delivery
- Organise and take notes in key meetings, ensuring timely follow ups
About You
- Experience in a merchandise, product, or retail coordination role (or a closely related area)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support informed decision making
- Intermediate Excel skills and confidence using Microsoft Office
- Well organised, with a strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- A collaborative team member who builds positive relationships across teams
- Adaptable and comfortable working with change and ambiguity
