Job Description

Merchandise Coordinator- Bonds Intimates| Pyrmont (FTC 12 Months)

Reporting to the Merchandise Manager, this is a great opportunity for a detail oriented and commercially minded professional to support the execution of merchandise plans across the Bonds Intimates business.

As a Merchandise Coordinator, you’ll play a key role across the product lifecycle, from range planning through to go to market - helping to ensure accurate reporting, smooth coordination, and strong collaboration across teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of seasonal product assortments
  • Maintain pricing, costings, and product data accuracy across systems
  • Assist in preparing go to market presentations and product documentation
  • Create and manage product lists, catalogues, and matrices
  • Coordinate sample orders and track progress through to delivery
  • Organise and take notes in key meetings, ensuring timely follow ups

 

About You

  • Experience in a merchandise, product, or retail coordination role (or a closely related area)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support informed decision making
  • Intermediate Excel skills and confidence using Microsoft Office
  • Well organised, with a strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • A collaborative team member who builds positive relationships across teams
  • Adaptable and comfortable working with change and ambiguity
