You will join the broader EMC (East Mediterranean and Caspian) HR Team, supporting Talent Management and Teaming@BCG initiatives across the region. This role offers exposure to strategic HR processes focused on employee experience, team effectiveness, and talent development within a dynamic and international environment.
As part of an evolving and innovative people agenda, you will contribute to initiatives aimed at strengthening collaboration, improving talent development processes, and supporting the evolution of Teaming@BCG across EMC. You will work closely with HR stakeholders and leadership teams, helping drive reporting, operational excellence, and process improvement across multiple people-related activities. You will:
- Support Teaming@BCG activities and initiatives focused on team effectiveness, collaboration patterns, and employee experience;
- Support Talent Management and Career Development processes, collaborating across a variety of core Talent Development activities;
- Contribute to maintaining and improving HR dashboards and reporting tools, leveraging data analysis and critical reasoning to distill HR insights;
- Explore and leverage AI and digital tools to simplify workflows and enhance efficiency;
- Collaborate with different HR teams, including Career Development, Staffing, and Learning & Development, operating in an international and cross-functional setting.

- Exploring and leveraging AI & Digital tools through intentional and structured use;
- Communicating clearly and effectively in both Italian and English (C1/C2 level).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;
- Strong interest in Human Resources, people topics, and organizational development;
- Positive attitude, collaborative approach, and proactive learning mindset;
- Analytical attitude and confidence working with data;
- Strong organizational skills and reliability;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English;
- Keen interest in GenAI tools and digital innovation;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
