Tu Rol
El objetivo de la posición es brindar Soporte en la gestión de la información de la herramienta Balanced Scoredcard (BSC) del área, automatizando reportes y preparando presentaciones.
Soporte en la gestión de suministros y materiales, coordinando con el área responsable el diseño de los materiales, creación de códigos y solicitando la aprobación en la plataforma correspondiente.
Apoyo en la coordinación del envío de comunicados a través de herramientas digitales, recopilación insights y proponiendo planes de acción
¿Quien eres?
Estudiante de los últimos ciclos, o recien egresados maximo 1 año, de ingenieria industrial, administracion, Marketing y gestión y a fines.
Conocimientos intermedios de Excel (tablas dinámicas, formulas y analisis).
Manejo de Power BI (intermedio- avanzado), Microsoft Office, (Word, PowerPoint, excel), Powerautomate (Intermedio)
Conocimiento básico de CRM (deseable).
Interés por aprender sobre procesos soporte y atencion a cliente y diferentes areas
Buena organización, comunicación y disposición para trabajar en equipo.
Ingles, Intermedio avanzado (preferente conversacional)
