
Production Coordinator (Princeton, NJ Hybrid)
Job Description
Overview
We are actively seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual to join our team as a Production Coordinator. This position will primarily be responsible for purchasing displays and related printed material for promotional purposes in addition to overseeing manufacturing for various book formats.
Responsibilities
- Works with Production, Design, Marketing, Sales and outside vendors to purchase materials and manufacturing for book displays and related products for advertising and promotional purposes.
- Estimate costs, maintain schedule fidelity and issue purchase orders to vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality printed materials.
- Work with printers and binderies to purchase manufacturing of various book formats for Adult Trade and Children’s divisions.
- Assists supervisor with special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Mac/PC experience; MS office; reliable proficiency in Excel; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; solid math aptitude
- Capacity to think and react gracefully in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and simultaneously complete multiple projects

The salary for this position is $55,000. We recognize that attracting the best talent is key to our strategy and success as a company.
