Job Description
Lead and inspire a high-performing front-line selling organization responsible for Resideo Comfort and Security product sales. In this role, you will hire, manage and retain top sales talent and develop a "double-digit growth" culture in support of organizational strategies and goals. Your team's responsibility will include driving product and solution sales to a variety of HVAC and Security customers through Resideo customer channels, to include dealer/distributors and contractors in the Comfort and Security spaces, homebuilders, along with other opportunities to be uncovered. You will partner closely with sales leadership to shape budgets and selling plans for your team, to include engaging with management in the Integrated Business Planning process to deliver disciplined forecasting and execution. The ideal candidate will work remotely in Midwest Region metro areas (Kansas City, MO; Denver, CO; Chicago, IL; or Minneapolis, MN) with the ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
