Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Lead DevOps / Platform Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of our CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure platform. This role combines technical leadership with platform ownership and will evolve into defining delivery standards and DevOps architecture across engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Terraform
- Define and maintain DevOps and platform standards
- Lead infrastructure automation and deployment patterns
- Collaborate across engineering to ensure reliable delivery
- Standardize environments across Dev, QA, Staging, Production
- Improve incident response and remediation practices
- Track DevOps metrics (deployment frequency, MTTR, etc.)
- Integrate security into pipelines
- Mentor engineers and influence technical direction

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in DevOps or software engineering
- Expertise in Azure DevOps, Azure Cloud, Terraform
- Strong understanding of DevOps and system reliability
- Experience with modern architectures and CI/CD at scale

Preferred Skills:
- Docker, Kubernetes
- Observability tools (Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana)
- DevSecOps experience
- Application development background

Physical Demands:
Work involves extended computer use.

Qualifications:
Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations will be made as needed.
