- Perform requirement gathering, functional and technical design, development, testing, deployment.
- Build, quality assure and maintain HR system functionality to meet business requirements, which includes configuration of Workday and other systems integration.
- Create functional and technical systems documentation.
- Work cross-functionally to understand issues/deficiencies in existing processes, design innovative integration solutions, execute implementation in Workday, and ensure requirements are met while maintaining data integrity and security.
- Create report and dashboard solutions within Workday and partner with HR and key stakeholders to optimize existing reports.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields like IT, Human Resources or closely related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience of Workday Implementation experience preferably with an implementation partner.
- Experience with Workday functional areas such as Core HCM, Recruitment, Absence, Compensation, Time Tracking, Expenses etc.
- Excellent organizational skills, able to multi-task and set priorities.
- Strong trait in people management and coordination work including processes on policies and documentations.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Agile and ability to adapt to the constants change through innovation.
- Have worked in regional projects with multi country and multi-language rollout.
