Research Assistant

- Fine tissue (cochlear) dissection, histological procedures, and confocal imaging. - Protocols for measurement of acute or chronic acoustic stimulation of evoked auditory brain potentials. - Analysis and reporting of data.  - Administration of anesthetic agents and other protocol related agents. - Animal husbandry to maintain mouse colonies, and genotyping of transgenic mice.  - Additional responsibilities include tasks that contribute to the maintenance of lab operations such as placing animal orders and detailed record keeping.
