Johnsonville has been using the Stayer-family recipe to produce only the highest-quality sausage since 1945 While the company has grown from a small butcher shop in the tiny town of Johnsonville, Wis., to an international sausage leader, it's commitment to delicious, quality products remains unchanged Sharing our big taste from a small town is the goal of the Johnsonville Sausage Marketplace.
The Marketplace opened successfully in the Fall of 2020 and now will begin selling products on-line. This exciting expansion requires us to add additional part-time members to our team who can provide an exceptional in-store experience as well as on- line order fulfillment. Our retail location offers many Johnsonville products, apparel and unique items that can only be found at the Johnsonville Marketplace. The Marketplace serves a wide variety of customers as well as our valued Johnsonville members. We are actively looking for an enthusiastic part-time Sales and Fulfillment Associate with a track record of exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
- Be a key point of contact for our customers and Johnsonville members making sure everyone has an exceptional shopping experience
- Assist customers with questions and inquiries about our products
- Operate the POS system/IPAD; process transactions quickly and efficiently
- Pull, prep and package items for shipping
- Maintain a clean and organized environment front and back of store
- Comply with company policies and procedures
- Unload trucks, stock merchandise and set merchandising displays following specific guidelines
- Help process and ship member orders to other company facilities
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
Experience
- Previous retail experience preferred
Skills
- Energy, enthusiasm and strong customer service skills
- Basic math skills and ability to read
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Other Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- This job requires standing, walking, bending, and twisting throughout the entire workday.
- The ability to lift, stack and move inventory required.
- Must be able to lift a maximum of 50lbs.
- This is a seasonal (summer and holiday) part-time position; must be available May 18-September 4.
- The store hours will be 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., 7 days/week. Weekend, and holiday work will be required with a maximum of 28 hours/week.
