
Sr Director, Community Programs & Services
Job Description
This position leads the national strategy for the Alzheimer’s Association’s Care and Support portfolio, including programs and services for individuals living with dementia, caregivers, and the general public. The role oversees cross-functional internal teams and external partners in the development, evaluation, and implementation of education and support services designed to expand the Association’s portfolio of evidence-based programs and resources. In addition, the position serves as a strategic consultant to health systems, corporate partners, and research initiatives to identify funding, innovation, and engagement opportunities that strengthen care and support services and extend the Association’s reach in communities nationwide.
