O’Neill Healthcare North Olmsted is currently seeking a housekeeping manager to join our team!

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must enjoy working with the elderly and possess a positive ability to work with others.
- Must be in good health, no lifting restraints, neat and clean.
- Be kind and considerate to all residents, resident family members, and fellow staff to promote a friendly and caring environment.
Job requirements:
- Train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping employees, providing feedback and conducting performance appraisals.
- Ensure rooms, public areas, and facilities meet hygiene and aesthetic standards.
- Monitor and order cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, and conduct regular physical inventories.
- Develop and implement housekeeping schedules, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Address complaints, special requests, and service issues promptly to ensure resident satisfaction.
