We have multiple ongoing opportunities for experienced Lineworkers to join our Melbourne based teams, supporting essential electricity distribution works.

Glove & Barrier (G&B) Lineworkers - Western suburbs
Project Leaders - regional works
Distribution Lineworkers: Expressions of Interest (Eastern suburbs)
This is an ideal opportunity for lineworkers seeking stable, long-term metro employment, access to overtime and weekend work, and the opportunity to develop skills and progress into leadership roles.
While the focus is on consistent metropolitan work, there may be occasional opportunities to support regional projects, depending on workload and project demand.
What You’ll Be Doing
Construction and maintenance of overhead distribution assets
Live line Glove & Barrier work (where qualified)
Metropolotian distribution work across Melbourne
Planned outages, defect rectification and project delivery
Mentoring and on‑site leadership support (where experienced)

$71.59 p/h + allowances – Glove & Barrier (G&B) Lineworkers
$64.41 p/h + allowances – Distribution Lineworkers
Monday–Friday work supporting work–life balance

What You’ll Need
Certificate III in ESI –Distribution Overhead (or equivalent)
Glove & Barrier qualification and live line experience (highly regarded)
Victorian Lineworker Registration (Orange Card)
HR Driver’s Licence
High Risk Work Licences – EWP, Dogging, and/or Rigging
Construction White Card, First Aid, CPR, and relevant industry tickets
Strong safety focus and teamwork ethic
Crane Borer (Peru) experience (highly regarded)
High Voltage (HV) Switching Operator (highly regarded)
Please note a rigorous pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screening test will be conducted.
