Material Handler/Forklift Operator - Days

Materials Person/Forklift Operator (loader) loads painted and sealed steel drums onto 45’, 48’ and 53’ trailers placed at the loading dock doors. •   There are 2 sets of loaders, and they alternate trailers. •  The loader will lift @55lb totes from a conveyor at waist height to place on the trailer floor behind them at 1 level, 2 levels or 3 levels high while moving the conveyor by button back out the trailer as they load each row of 4, 8 or 12 totes. •   They load approximately 1 trailer per hour with another partner. •   They may load 56, 112, or 168 IBC totes when they load every other trailer. •   Associate could handle @IBC totes per shift.
