Job Description
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Chief Operating Officer (COO) is accountable for strategic operational leadership for all health center services - medical, dental, and behavioral health. In close partnership with the senior leaders who oversee clinical aspect of the practices, the COO ensures all health center operations are effective and efficient with an emphasis on access, quality, fiscal sustainability, and exceptional patient and employee experience. As a core member of the senior leadership team, the COO also develops and implements organizational strategies in accordance with Board strategic goals and serves as a spokesperson and key liaison for external stakeholders.
