Now hiring Multi-Site Service Managers!
We’re looking for a Multi-Site Service Manager who brings a “whatever it takes” mindset to the team. In this full-time role, you’ll oversee the physical condition of multiple communities, ensuring they consistently meet company standards as well as all applicable laws and regulations.
As a Multi-site Service Manager, you will be expected to:
Establish and manage a 24-hour on-call schedule for multiple sites; respond as necessary.
Adhere to a preventative maintenance schedule for all property equipment and apartment systems across multiple sites.
Develop and lead a team of Maintenance Technicians through diagnosing problems and providing a resolution.
Mentor and guide maintenance technicians to increase their overall knowledge base and skill set.
Partner with office team members to provide exceptional service and follow-up to our residents on any maintenance issues that may arise.
Manage and organize inventory of all maintenance materials.
Establish a preventive maintenance schedule, make-ready schedule and general work order schedule for team.
Regularly inspect community buildings, including vacant units.
Compensation & Incentives
Base Pay: $29 – $33
Up to 50% Rent Discount
Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions
Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly
On-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phone

Hours & Schedule
Monday – Friday: 8 AM- 4:30 PM
Paid rotating on-call participation required
Must be available and prepared for emergency events

What we’ll expect from you:
Active and valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred.
One-year certificate, 5+ years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience.
