The Production Supervisor role at UCT is responsible for leading CNC Turning and Milling operations to deliver high-quality plastic components that meet customer requirements. This position manages machinists, technicians, and operators, setting priorities, monitoring workflow, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and 6S standards. It oversees CNC programming, setup, and machining processes, resolves production issues, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cycle times and reduce waste. By coordinating with engineering on new product introductions, maintaining equipment schedules, and mentoring staff, the Production Supervisor ensures operational excellence and supports UCT’s leadership in the semiconductor industry.
