Tooling Services Supervisor

Under the direction of the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, the Tooling Services Supervisor is responsible for assigning employees their duties, confirming employees have the necessary materials and tools, ensuring that work requests are completed in a timely and efficient manner to maintain internal customer satisfaction and plant wide-production, and for evaluating and reviewing the performance of tool room and tool crib employees. The Tooling Services Supervisor assists employees in improving their performance, knowledge and skills with an eye towards continually improving quality, lead times and capabilities.
