Supervise, develop, assign, review and participate in the work of staff responsible for providing a variety of aquatic services and activities including youth, inter-generational, adult, and elderly programs; develop program goals and objectives; develop and coordinate aquatics program activities including the operation and maintenance of assigned pools; assist in the hiring of all Aquatics personnel; ensure work quality and adherence to established policies and procedures and perform the more technical and complex tasks relative to assigned area of responsibility.  This is a safety sensitive position subject to random drug/alcohol testing.
