Position Summary: The Guest Services Agent is a key frontline representative for the resort, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to guests. This role involves handling guest inquiries, arrival and departure procedures, and ensuring a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests. The Guest Services Agent plays a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, fostering guest satisfaction, and promoting a positive resort experience. (Rotating Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM and 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM)
