Job Description

The Analyst role provides analytical support to the Wealth Advisory team. The Analyst’s career path focuses on developing the skills and knowledge base to effectively marshal the firm’s resources during the prospecting process. 

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting multiple wealth advisors in reporting and analysis for client prospecting activities.
  • Preparing portfolio analyses as part of the prospecting process.
  • Conducting competitor research and analysis to support positioning and prospect conversations.
  • Collaborate with specialists across tax and estate professionals, Family Office Management, investments, and client advisory to support the business development process.
  • Preparing responses for RFPs for new client prospects.
  • Will be responsible for using proprietary and licensed software and databases to analyze prospective clients’ financial situations.
  • Will be trained and expected to become proficient in asset allocation modeling, investment portfolio analysis, fixed income portfolio analysis, and tax transition portfolio analysis as it applies to prospective client accounts.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree; Quantitative field of study strongly preferred.
  • Proven interest in sales and client service.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactivity and a sense of urgency.
  • Goal-oriented and a motivated self-starter.
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 per year. This range reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role. In addition, this position may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, and other compensation programs as applicable. Eligible employees may participate in a 401(k) program with a generous profit-sharing contribution, medical, prescription dental, and vision coverage; life insurance; disability coverage; paid holidays; vacation; and sick time, subject to plan terms and Company policies.
