Job Description
We are looking for a HR Generalist, Colombia that can support the People & Culture (HR) department in Colombia on daily HR operational efforts in an international setting. The role will manage the employee life cycle from recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, ensure workplace policies are followed and compliance with labor laws is maintained. The ideal candidate is an energetic, self-driven and a team player HR Professional. You are motivated, confident, and ready to take on challenges. You thrive in a high-speed environment, and you have strong communication skills and an empathetic-service mindset that make you a trusted partner to managers at all levels. This role is key to building a diverse and high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage job postings in global and internal recruiting systems, create job descriptions, screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate new-hire orientations, and internal selection processes.
· Support candidates throughout the entire process, providing clear and timely feedback for Colombia, North America and International Markets.
Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for staff questions, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations and disciplinary processes.
Employee experience: drive engagement with well-being and employee events to foster 3shape’s community and enhance employee’s satisfaction.
· Ensure positive employee experience and contribute to the continuous improvement of the HR process.
· Support departments with analyzing employee engagement survey and develop action plans.
Talent development: Assist managers with performance reviews, track employee development, and organize training programs.
Compliance & Records: Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS systems and ensure adherence to local employment laws.
· Support in the internal movement, performance and disciplinary processes by applying company policies and practices and Colombia labor practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
We will be looking for a candidate who:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 2+ years of recruitment/ HR experience within an international setting.
Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite, HR Information Systems (HRIS) and recruiting systems knowledge are desirable.
· Good understanding of Colombia labor practices.
· Is proactive, organized, and able to create and maintain effective structures.
· Is passionate about recruitment and brings a positive, energetic attitude.
· Feels comfortable working in an international, agile, and fast paced environment.
· Thrives working independently but values the benefit of good collaboration.
Speaks English fluently (professional level speaking and writing) since this is our corporate language.
