As Team Lead – Clinical Interface Integration, you will take on the technical leadership of international projects as well as the further development of innovative service offerings and clinical integration solutions. Your responsibilities will include the design, implementation, and maintenance of clinical interfaces using modern healthcare integration technologies, as well as managing customer implementations and ensuring SLA compliance.

Your Responsibilities:

• Leading international project teams and providing technical oversight of integration projects
• Design, implementation, and operation of clinical interfaces using HealthShare, Ensemble, IRIS for Health, and/or Infor Cloverleaf
• Architectural and design responsibility for HL7-, FHIR-, and IHE-based integration solutions
• Further development of the service and solution portfolio through new technologies, PoCs, and innovative services
• Overseeing customer implementations, including SLA management and stakeholder communication
• Defining technical standards, best practices, and development guidelines
• Analyzing complex requirements in clinical data exchange, as well as error analysis and performance optimization
• Ensuring compliance with data protection, security, and regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector

Your profile:

• Degree in computer science, health informatics, or a comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of experience with healthcare integration platforms (e.g., HealthShare, Ensemble, IRIS for Health, or Cloverleaf)
• In-depth knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and other healthcare standards, as well as experience in developing clinical interfaces
• Understanding of clinical workflows and EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Allscripts)
• Experience in the technical leadership of projects or teams in an international environment
• Knowledge of modern technologies and architectures such as REST APIs, cloud, microservices, or DevOps/CI-CD is a plus
• Certifications in InterSystems/Cloverleaf as well as knowledge of other standards such as DICOM or SNOMED are a plus
• Analytical, structured, and independent work style as well as strong communication skills
