Job Description
Job Summary:
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with customers and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is a mix of customer service, coordination, and hands-on support—perfect for someone who likes variety in their day and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Handle inbound calls, take customer orders, and communicate any order discrepancies clearly and professionally
Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide order status updates
Assist walk-in customers with a positive, helpful attitude
Schedule and dispatch drivers while monitoring routes to ensure timely deliveries
Support warehouse operations as needed, including pulling and staging orders
What We’re Looking For:
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers while delivering top-tier service
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using computer systems to process orders, review requests, and manage order acknowledgements
Willingness to jump in and help wherever needed
Additional Responsibilities:
Take on other duties and tasks as assigned to support the team and overall operation
Your Qualifications
Minimum of 18 years of age.
If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.
1- 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
Ability to perform basic math calculations.
Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Physical Requirements
This role requires standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Role also requires good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength. The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on the specific job duties.

$20.00 - $40.00The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
