Position Overview:
The Manager, Physical Security Operations is responsible for providing consistent, day to day operational oversight of the physical security program across retail, manufacturing, and corporate locations. This role serves as the primary operational owner for execution, controls, and continuity within the physical security function. The Manager, Physical Security Operations adds a critical layer of operational discipline to ensure the physical security program remains efficient, consistent, and resilient. By clearly separating strategy from execution, this role strengthens daily operations, while preserving strategic focus.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and manage daily physical security operations across multiple sites
- Ensure consistent execution of security practices, processes, and standards
- Serve as the operational decisionmaker when senior leadership is unavailable
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine physical security SOPs
- Drive process discipline and ensure compliance across all locations
- Identify gaps, risks, and operational inefficiencies and implement corrective actions
- Manage relationships with physical security vendors and service provider
- Oversee contract execution, service delivery, and maintenance cycles
- Coordinate system performance, upgrades, and issue resolution
- Provide structure, direction, and operational guidance to Supervisor and support roles
- Support effective communication and coordination between field operations and leadership
- Coordinate closely with internal business lines to align security operations with site needs
- Support budget management activities, including cost awareness, forecasting input, and vendor spend oversight
- Provide oncall coverage and escalation oversight outside standard business hours
- Ensure continuity of response for incidents and critical security issues across all supported sites
Let’s Talk About:
- Proven experience in physical security operations, preferably in a multisite environment
- Demonstrated ability to seamlessly manage day to day operations, vendors, and systems
- Strong understanding of SOP development, operational controls, and process improvement
- Ability to make timely, sound decisions in both routine and incident driven situations
- Previous experience supporting retail, manufacturing, and/or corporate environments
- Prior responsibility for on call or afterhours operational coverage
- Experience working cross functionally with senior leadership, while maintaining operational independence

Salary Range:
$102,000.00 - $141,000.00 / yearAbout the salary range: We’re committed to being open and fair about pay. The range provided is intended as a guideline and does not represent a guaranteed offer.
