What You’ll Do:
As a PRN LPN, you’ll play a key role in delivering quality care and supporting our residents each day. Responsibilities include:
Providing direct nursing care with attention and professionalism
Administering medications and treatments accurately
Monitoring patient conditions and communicating changes
Collaborating with RNs, CNAs, and physicians
Supporting a positive, respectful care environment

What We’re Looking For:
Current Ohio LPN license
Strong clinical and communication skills
Reliable, team-focused mindset
Experience in long-term care or post-acute settings preferred
