Summary of the role:

You are accountable for the successful delivery and operational follow‑up of Amadeus solutions for your assigned airline customers. You ensure that all contracted delivery activities are executed on time, with quality, and in alignment with customer priorities, while maintaining operational stability and customer satisfaction after implementation.

Acting as the delivery counterpart to the airline, you coordinate internal Amadeus teams — Delivery, Operations, Product, Account Management and implementation — as well as customer stakeholders. You’ll manage ongoing delivery initiatives, changes, integrations, and service readiness to keep everything moving smoothly end‑to‑end.

In this role you’ll

In this role, you’ll take full ownership of delivering contracted services, changes, and enhancements across Amadeus solutions. You ensure that your delivery activities are properly planned, tracked, and executed according to agreed timelines and scope. You monitor your KPIs closely and proactively address any deviations or risks that could impact success.

You’ll serve as the primary delivery point of contact for your airline partners, engaging both operational and IT stakeholders. You facilitate governance meetings, provide executive-level updates, and manage escalations with confidence. You align delivery priorities with customer leadership, ensuring transparency and trust throughout the process.

You coordinate across multiple Amadeus teams — Operations, Product, Implementation, Account Management — to guarantee end‑to‑end delivery alignment. You validate dependencies, readiness, and handovers, ensuring that delivery impacts are well understood and communicated clearly across all parties.

Finally, you ensure rigorous governance and reporting, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold compliance with Amadeus delivery processes, tools, and audit standards.

About the ideal candidate

You bring deep experience in airline IT delivery, with strong knowledge of PSS domains such as Reservations, Inventory, and DCS. You excel at driving complex implementations, partnering with customers, and navigating cross‑functional environments. You communicate clearly, manage priorities effectively, and thrive in roles where problem‑solving and customer focus are essential. You hold a relevant bachelor’s degree and have 7+ years of experience in airline technology, project delivery, or solution integration. Certifications in project management or ITIL are a plus.
