Prepare performance reviews and other formal financial packages for management team on monthly and quarterly basis, including sales database, rebate & commission accrual, OI walk, new product sales, STAR analysis etc.
Work with commercial team and prepare full year OI projection on quarterly basis, including analysis on major changes vs. plan & vs. previous version.
Monitor rebate & commission status and push for timely settlement.
Support commercial team to improve profitability. Prepare margin analysis and variance analysis on regular basis to understand the major variance and identify price leaking areas or cost saving opportunities.
Closely partner with China commercial teams and provide on-going support in pricing decision, RM cost monitoring and innovation projects to support business growth.
Support finance manager to ensure business activities are incompliance with SOX requirements
Support finance manager on ad-hoc projects
