
Associate Systems Engineer
Job Description
Aid in planning of infrastructure for use throughout the organization; install portions of, and help maintain, infrastructure throughout the organization
Assist in determining enterprise system requirements and in developing test plans, ultimately contributing to project work
Understand guidelines for system implementation with regard to retaining system security, and adhere to guidelines
Monitor system performance; perform simple to moderate problem determination, and with minimal assistance determine problem resolution(s)
Contribute to impact analysis regarding enterprise–wide technology
Aid in supporting system integration, software, and hardware at enterprise level for optimum performance
Aid in the support of a variety of projects throughout their lifecycle and continually support enterprise–level technology
Aid in developing and maintaining computer systems’ software and hardware
Monitor and determine system performance
Job Specifications
Typically has the following skills or abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
2+ years of related experience
Knowledge of application architecture, operating systems, etc
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for simple to moderate problems
Excellent organization and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Is aware of risks and escalates as appropriate
Ability to regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties

Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
