Your Role:
At Siegfried we are currently looking for a Site HR Head to join our team in our site based in Evionnaz.The Site HR Head is the senior HR leader accountable for end to end HR leadership at site level, in line with the global HR Target Operating Model.
At site level, the role translates global people strategy into a robust site HR roadmap, enabling business performance, operational excellence, workforce readiness, and full regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities at site level:
1.Site HR Leadership & Business Partnering
• Define and execute the Site HR Roadmap, aligned with global HR strategy and operational priorities.
• Act as trusted advisor to the Site Leadership Team, driving performance, leadership effectiveness, and organizational health.
• Lead change, transformation, and cultural initiatives, supporting site evolution and business continuity.
• Ensure HR business continuity, crisis preparedness, and workforce risk mitigation.
• Manage site HR budget and drive process efficiency and OPEX optimization.
• Contribute to global HR initiatives and projects, representing site perspectives.
2. Employee Relations, Compliance & Governance (SITE)
• Own employee relations and labor law compliance, including investigations, grievances, and dispute resolution.
• Lead engagement with social partners / employee representatives, where applicable.
• Represent the company in internal and external audits.
• Partner closely with Legal and Communications on sensitive cases.
• Own integrity, speak up, and ethics topics at site and country level.
• Ensure consistent application of policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
3. Talent, Leadership & Engagement (Site Execution)
• Lead strategic workforce planning aligned to site capacity, capability, and future needs.
• Oversee recruitment for critical roles and talent attraction at site level.
• Drive performance management, leadership development, and succession planning (in alignment with global frameworks).
• Own onboarding quality, employee development focus, and engagement initiatives.
• Execute learning & development activities (non GxP) at site level.
• Coordinate international assignments (site execution).
• Support internal communications and employer branding at site level.
4. Payroll & Benefits (Site Governance)
• Ensure accurate and compliant payroll and benefits administration (delivered via People Hub where applicable).
• Partner with Total Rewards to ensure competitive and compliant compensation practices.
• Oversee time & attendance, absenteeism, HR master data quality, and HR administration governance.
• Act as data steward, enabling reliable HR reporting and analytics.
5. Reporting, Analytics & KPIs
• Ensure timely, accurate site HR reporting.
• Drive data based decision making using defined HR KPIs.
• Monitor trends related to retention, engagement, performance, and workforce risk.
Key Performance Indicators:
• Delivery of Site HR Roadmap (quality, time, cost)
• Compliance with labor laws, policies, and controls
• Employee engagement and leadership effectiveness
• Retention of critical roles
• Effectiveness of performance management
Your Profile:
What are we looking for?
Education:
- Bachelor's in law, Labor Relations, Psychology, HR Management or related field
- Master's or Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources preferred
Experience:
- 10+ years of HR leadership experience in a multinational environment (pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred)
- Proven experience leading HR at site level
- Experience in multi-site or matrix environments
Languages:
- Fluent in French and English
