
Administrative Assistant-Human Resources
Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
| 1 | Sunfish system (will cover key HR system functions such as associate data management, attendance tracking, payroll processing, and other related features) |
| 2 | Time attendance record (covering full-time associates, trainees, and casual labor, including working hours, overtime) |
| 3 | Labor contract management (including preparation of employment contracts for new hires, contract renewals, and addendums to reflect changes in salary and other employment terms) |
| 4 | Social insurance management (including declaration of associate increases/decreases, registration and deregistration procedures, and administration of insurance-related benefits) |
| 5 | Personal Income Tax (PIT) administration (responsible for tax code registration and dependent registration) |
| 6 | Leave balance management (tracking and updating remaining leave days for each department on a weekly and monthly basis) |
| 7 | Clearance procedure (associate offboarding process, including asset return and final payment confirmation) |
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma
Related Work Experience: At least 6 months - 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None
