Role Overview
The R&D Intern will support the Research & Development team in innovation, product development, and process improvement initiatives. This internship provides hands-on exposure to research methodologies, experimentation, prototyping, and testing in a real-world industrial or technical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in research and development activities for new products or process improvementsSupport design, development, and prototyping of components/productsConduct experiments, testing, and data collection under supervisionDocument research findings, test results, and technical reportsAssist in analyzing data to identify trends and improvement areasSupport the preparation of technical presentations and project documentationWork with cross-functional teams such as Manufacturing, QA/QC, and DesignParticipate in brainstorming and innovation discussionsAssist in maintaining R&D lab equipment and toolsFollow safety, quality, and compliance standards during all R&D activities
