The Technical Development Manager leads and supports our team of full-time technicians, ensuring they stay technically sharp, professionally prepared, and ready for on-site challenges. This role combines team leadership with hands-on technical expertise, overseeing training, reviews, scheduling, and coaching while also providing support for breakout room setups and live event operations as needed.
