Are you a natural connector who thrives on building relationships, winning new business, and making a measurable impact? This is your opportunity to take ownership of a territory, grow a strong customer base, and directly influence revenue in a high-visibility sales role.

We’re looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to represent Vulcan Signs in the field. Someone who doesn’t just manage accounts, but expands them, strengthens them, and grows them. This is not a desk job. This is a get-out-in-the-field, meet-customers-face-to-face, and close-deals kind of role.

The selected individual will also be required to travel to Foley, AL up to 4 times per year for extended periods of training and scheduled meetings. 

You’ll be the face of Vulcan in your territory responsible for:

  • Growing existing customer relationships while aggressively developing new business opportunities
  • Driving sales performance by executing a clear annual sales strategy
  • Becoming a trusted advisor through consultative selling and real problem-solving
  • Responding quickly and professionally to every customer inquiry because speed and service win business
  • Building relationships at every level of a customer’s organization from buyers to senior leadership
  • Representing Vulcan at trade shows, networking events, and industry gatherings where real opportunities are made
  • Staying ahead of the competition by understanding market trends, pricing, and product positioning
  • Turning leads into long-term partnerships through consistent follow-up and execution
