- Build and nurture retail relationships through engaging in-store visits, product demos, and budtender education to skyrocket brand visibility and sales.
- Optimize inventory and merchandising with precision, using data-driven insights to ensure products are always stocked and displayed to perfection.
- Lead innovative in-store activations and promotions, creating memorable consumer experiences that drive product trial and loyalty.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance retailer partnerships, and elevate brand standards across accounts.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to share insights, innovate workflows, and push the boundaries of what’s possible in cannabis retail.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a knack for building trust with retailers, budtenders, and consumers through clear, passionate communication.
- Self-motivation and adaptability, thriving in a fast-paced role with the ability to prioritize and multitask across multiple retail locations.
- A detail-oriented mindset with a hunger for excellence, ensuring brand standards are met while driving creative solutions.
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, Leaflink, and Repsly—or a willingness to master them quickly.
- A passion for cannabis and a commitment to embodying Mammoth’s culture of innovation, collaboration, and relationship-building.
- Comfortable driving for extended periods and navigating multiple retail locations with ease.
- Ability to lift 15-20 lbs and perform physical tasks like bending, twisting, and arranging displays with precision.
Strong vision, hearing, and dexterity to manage tools, devices, and promotional setups for 8-10 hours daily.
