Role accountabilities:

Joining our national Cost & Commercial Management team as a Graduate Cost Manager, you will develop your skills in delivering pre- and post-contract commercial management services, including cost planning and cost management across building and infrastructure projects. You will be part of a highly collaborative team that values input from all members and is committed to supporting the growth and development of junior professionals.

You will be mentored by highly qualified Chartered Quantity Surveyors (RICS) and Certified Quantity Surveyors (CQS), providing you with strong foundational knowledge, exposure to best practice methodologies, and the opportunity to commence your APC journey early in your career.

You will also gain experience across multiple sectors, enhancing your understanding of diverse, sector-specific requirements. 

Qualification & Experience: 

Above all, you are motivated by improving quality of life. You share our values of People First, Collaboration, Sustainability, Client Success, and Integrity. You will be graduating in 2027 or have recently completed a degree in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying. You will also bring:

  • A strong interest in the work we do across cost management and digital innovation.
