SAP Developer

Responsibilities:

• Perform custom development activities, including application design, coding, testing, documentation, and unit testing. Ensure custom developments are carried out based on established standards and best practices
• Collaborate with functional support team to analyze and transform high level business requirements into technical design documents, perform high-level system design, analysis, and programming tasks, and review and approve design and programming deliverables
• Provide product support to end users, assist with problem determination and resolution, and offer training
• Maintain and improve SAP development tools, including applying technical updates in SAP, managing development processes, documenting and testing new processes, and troubleshooting problems
• Collaborate with other team members to identify opportunities for improvement
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:

• English language proficiency (written and verbal)
• Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
• Proven analysis and troubleshooting skills
• Proven organizational skills to prioritize projects and support requests. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects or tasks simultaneously. Ability to work in a multi-cultural, international and virtual team environment
• Ability to provide positive contributions to a team environment
• 5+ years of SAP development experience
  • ABAP development with emphasis on SAP ERP Logistics (IM/WM/PM/QM/PP)
  • Experience with Web Service development (provider and consumer roles)
  • REST Programming experience and knowledge of OData and CDS technology. Core Data Services (ABAP)
  • Experience with Fiori and WebDynPro
  • Experience developing/supporting mobile applications (i.e. Handheld Scanner) using ITS mobile and newer technologies
  • Experience with forms (Adobe,  SMARTForms and SAP scripts)
• Nice to have:
  • Experience with BTP Business Technology Platform
  • Experience in SAP HR, BI/BW, PI/PO
  • Experience with SAP workflow development
  • AGILE development methodology
