The individual in this position will contribute to the electrical design of rail air conditioning units, including communication and controls systems. Responsibilities will include designing air conditioning controls according to customer requirements with focus on programming and testing the control system, clarifying control specifications, supporting product testing and approval, preparing and creating technical documentation, and addressing technical inquiries from both external and internal customers.

 

Pracovník na této pozici se bude podílet na elektrickém designu vlakových klimatizačních jednotek, včetně komunikačních a řídících systémů. Mezi jeho povinnosti bude patřit navrhování řízení klimatizací dle požadavků zákazníka se zaměřením na programování a testování řídícího systému, vyjasňování specifikace řízení, podpora při testování a schvalování výrobků, příprava a tvorba technické dokumentace a řešení technických dotazů od zákazníků.

Pracovní náplň:

 

• Develop and maintain embedded software of HVAC unit based on defined requirements.

• Conduct software tests according to established procedures.

• Define software documentation including software requirements, test procedures, and manuals.

• Participate in technical meetings with customers and suppliers.

• Participate in software tests at customer site (integration tests of HVAC software with train software)

• Ensure products and controls meet customer specifications

• Respect all internal cyber security procedures and guidelines during HVAC system development.

• Collaborate on Reliability and Safety analyses with focus on diagnostic and warning reporting

• Oversee the preparation and production of prototypes.

• Participate in the HVAC Type testing with focus on software and HVAC functionality, including final system validation at customer sites.

• Provide support to other departments within the Strategic Business Unit (SBU).

 

• Tvorba a udržování softwaru pro embedded zařízení na základě požadavků

• Testování softwaru podle zavedených postupů

• Vytváření softwarové dokumentace včetně definice softwarových požadavků pro daný projekt, testovacích procedur a manuálů

• Účast na technických jednání se zákazníkem / dodavatelem

• Účast n atestech softwaru u zákazníka (integrační test HVAC softwaru se softwarem vlaku)

• Zajistit, aby produkty a řídící systémy splňovaly specifikace zákazníka

• Dodržování všech interních postupů a pravidel v oblasti kybernetické bezpečnosti během vývoje

• Spolupráce na splehlivostních a bezpečnostních analýzách se zameřením na diagnostiku a chybová hlášení

• Dohlížení na přípravu a výrobu prototypu z pohledu softwaru a funkcionality jednotky

• Spolupráce na typových testech HVAC se zaměřením na software a funkcionalitu HVAC, včetně finální validace u zákazníka..

• Podpora ostatních oddělení v rámci SBU.

Education/ Vzdělání:

• High school or university education with experience of min. 3 years (electrical / computer technology)

• SŠ nebo VŠ vzdělání s praxí min. 3 let (elektrotechnické / výpočetní technika)

Computer-skills/Počítačové dovednosti:

• Knowledge of MS Office expected

• Good knowledge of PC settings (Ethernet, development tools)

• Znalost MS Office

• Dobrá orientace v nastavení PC (Ethernet, vývojové nástroje)

 

Language-skills/ Jazykové znalosti:

• Czech and English required

• Other language is an advantage
• Čeština a Angličtina požadována

• Další jazyky jsou výhoda

 

Expertise/Odborné znalosti:

Must have/Požadováno

• Experience with C or C++ or C#. Net programming, preferably for embedded devices

• Orientation in Linux or Linux-based embedded systems

• Experience with creating software documentation (planning, requirements, implementation, testing)

• Knowledge of Ethernet network communication.

 

• Zkušenost s programováním C nebo C++ nebo C# .Net nejlépe pro embedded zařízení.

• Orientace v Linuxu nebo v embedded systémech založených na Linuxu

• Zkušenosti s tvorbou softwarové dokumentace (plánování, požadavky, implementace, testování)

• Znalost komunikace po síti ethernet

 

Advantage/Výhodou

• Knowledge of web technologies, web server setup is an advantage

• Knowledge of creating web user interface (HTML, JavaScript, PHP, ASP.NET) – an advantage

• Knowledge of version control systems and project management systems (GitHub, SVN, JIRA, …) is an advantage

• Experience with industrial communications and protocols is an advantage (CAN, Ethernet, TRDP, CIP) is an advantage

• Experience with PLC programming is an advantage

• Ability to read electrotechnical schemas and wiring diagrams is an advantage
