Job Description
THE ROLE
The Barback is responsible for assisting bartenders ensuring the smooth operation of the bar, including providing necessary inventory. Opening in the 2026 NFL season, The New Highmark Stadium will become the new home of the Buffalo Bills. As the largest construction project in Western New York history, this stadium will have state-of-the-art technology that will enhance the fan experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsible for completing tasks related to stocking, replenishing, cleaning, maintenance, and preparation of beverages under the guidance of the Bartender.
Maintains and stocks adequate supplies of bar items such as glasses, cups, napkins, ice, drink supplies, condiments, etc.
Wash glasses and other serving equipment at bars.
Stock refrigerating units with wines, beer, replace beer kegs, etc.
Clean and polish bar, counters, shelves, equipment, bar stools, etc.
Trash pickup and disposal at bar and bar service areas.
Maintain personal health and sanitation standards (keep food separate from drink areas, wash hands when returning to worksite, etc.)
Complete other duties as assigned by management.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to attain the required alcohol safety certifications prior to working events.
Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes.
Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and work well as a team player.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
COMPENSATION
Competitive salary of $16 per hour, plus tips.
