What You'll Be Doing:
- Channel Management: Independently manage the end-to-end channel process in the IP industry, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business goals.
- Growth Delivery: Lead channel partners to co-create and deliver business growth.
- New Partner Development: Identify, recruit, and enable new channel partners; ensure successful onboarding, market entry, and revenue generation.
- Enablement & Support: Provide ongoing support to partners in product knowledge, sales strategy, and opportunity discovery; equip them with tools and insights to succeed.
- Process Management: Track and monitor partner sales processes, ensuring clarity of pipeline stages; proactively identify bottlenecks and implement solutions.
About You
- Proven experience in channel management, ideally with a track record of delivering significant business growth.
- Strong ability to enable and empower channel partners, providing guidance on product positioning, sales strategies, and new opportunity discovery.
- Skilled in process management: able to track sales activities, analyze performance, and drive improvements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and with external stakeholders.
- Results-driven, proactive, and adaptable, with the mindset to build and sustain long-term partnerships.
