Regina Health Center – Richfield, Ohio
Regina Health Center, a mission-based skilled nursing and assisted living facility located on 230 beautiful acres in Richfield, Ohio, is seeking dedicated Resident Care Assistants to join our exceptional team on 3rd shift (11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.) Full-time schedules are 4 days per week and part-time schedules are 3 days per week. Both include rotating weekends and holidays on the Assisted Living floor.
Responsibilities:
- Answer call lights
- Providing restroom and shower assistance
- Assist with dressing and other personal resident needs
- Additional duties include light housekeeping, laundry assistance, and continuous attention to small details to ensure a clean and safe environment for our Assisted Living Residents
Preferred Skills:
- Experience assisting and working with older adults within a health care setting
- Knowledge of personal care and assistance with mobility
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to care, with a focus on promoting independence and dignity
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to politely and efficiently interact with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals
- Commitment to working with a diverse population, including individuals with varying levels of cognitive impairment and physical abilities
