Job Description: We are looking for TWO dedicated and experienced Sign Installation Technicians to join the crew. This role involves the installation of various types of signage, requiring proficiency in welding, electrical work, and general construction. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working at heights and able to travel frequently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install signs at various locations, ensuring precision and safety
• Perform welding and electrical tasks as needed
• Conduct general construction work related to sign installation
• Travel to job sites (ie. Atlanta and Tennessee) (typically 3 days during the week, Monday to Friday)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Operate company bucket truck

Requirements:

• No required but a plus if sign installation experience
• Proficiency in welding and/or electrical work experience extremely valuable
• General construction experience
• Must be comfortable working at heights
• Ability to travel frequently (company covers room, board, and food)
• Clean driving record
• No criminal background
• Strong soft skills, including communication and teamwork

Compensation:

• Potential pay range: $18-$24/hour, depending on experience
• Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (40-50 hours per week)
• No weekend work required
