- Provide bedside patient care in a Med-Surg environment - Monitor vital signs, patient status, and clinical changes - Assist with medication administration, IV therapy, and blood draws - Support care plans and patient throughput - Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams - Ensure patient safety, infection control, and compliance
