Job Description

Main Tasks

Scope:

  • Primarily support general customer services activities (60% of job scope) 
  • This position is expected to undertake administrative tasks, such as: 
  • Assist with staff expense management, validation and ensure properly archived.
  • Manage and oversee all office operations, including local procurement, property and facilities management.
  • Review NPM quotes and contracts, formalise approval process.
  • Keep update customer bonus and rebates information for status and process
  • Assist on weekly sales meeting notes and defined actions for follow up
  • Absorb other activities required to support: 
  • Update containers arrivals date 
  • MIGO for local NPM orders 
  • Customer credit application process
  • Verification of customer account setup (GBTS)
  • Verification of ship-to location setup (GBTS)
